Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your chosen delivery company.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. All shippings within Estonia and orders over 100€ are free of charge. Under 100€ orders (included), shipping fee 5€ is applied. Usually we do not send out demo units, customers have the option to check the quality of the product in our store. Occasionally, we do exemptions on the demo unit shipping options.
Outside of Estonia, shipping fees will apply according to product weight and total cost of the order. Shipping fee is shown at the carrier selection.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
You can return orders within 14 days, if not dampered. The cost of returns will be covered by the Customer.
Every order has original, factory default warranty.

You can pay for your order in EURO, using one of the following methods:

- Bank transfer , using your order number as explanation
